    The Challenge

    Generating medical appointment slips through the WAFID portal is a repetitive, manual process that is slow to scale and hard to manage across many users and centers.

    • Manual portal entry for each candidate is slow and error-prone.
    • No centralized way to manage users, balances, and slip status.
    • OTP-gated steps interrupt automation and require human handoff.
    • Pricing and medical center data needed consistent oversight.

    Our Solution

    We built a full-stack platform that automates WAFID portal interaction and wraps it in role-based dashboards with balance and slip management.

    • Playwright bot that drives the WAFID portal, including OTP-required flows.
    • JWT auth with Admin/User roles and middleware-protected routes.
    • Balance system with credit/debit transactions tied to slip creation.
    • Admin dashboard for stats, users, slips, and medical center management.

    Challenges We Overcame

    • Handling OTP-required steps within an automated browser flow.
    • Managing a reliable automation job queue with status tracking.
    • Enforcing role-based access across pages and API routes.
    • Keeping slip state consistent through a multi-stage lifecycle.
